The little town of Dayton is holding the annual Dayton Days festival on September 9th.

Mission Mountain Winery encourages all Summer gourmets to attend our free event 10 am to 5 pm : Dayton Day at the Winery. This is a part of the winery’s continuing program to educate the community about the pleasurable synergies created by the pairing of food and wine. As part of the Dayton Day festivities of Bazaars, Parades, Sailboat rides , Barbecues and wine tasting, we will be demonstrating how to pair cheese and wine. An informative pairing chart will be handed out along with tasty samples such as Pinot Noir Wine Jelly Brie with Merlot , Chevre with Riesling and Blue Cheese with Port. Mission Mountain Winery is located on Highway 93 in Dayton on the west shore of beautiful Flathead Lake.

Mission Mountain Winery encourages all Summer gourmets to attend our free event on Saturday August 19th 10 am to 5 pm : Ice Cream Social at the Winery. This is a part of the winery’s continuing program to educate the community about the pleasurable synergies created by the pairing of food and wine. The staff and wine maker have collaborated in producing several sorbet and ice cream treats utilizing wine as part of the recipe – such as our Peach Ice Wine Sorbet, Huckleberry Mountain Ice Cream and Cocoa Vin on Vanilla Ice Cream. Samples and recipes will be served to cool off visitors.
