Just found your winery at the madeinmontanausa.com website. I am going to be in Browning for a while this summer. I really hope to get down to see y'all in either August or early September. I am especially interested in tasting your Huckleberry Mountain wine! I am looking forward to my trip more than ever now!

See y'all soon!

I've just perused your website for the first time and found it fascinating that you are making award winning wines in that part of the country, especially Pinot noir. Do you mind divulging what Pinot noir clones you're using? Do you have to implement cold protective measures?

I'm in Southwest Nebraska, zone 5, and all conventional wisdom says that Pinot noir won't survive here, yet my neighbor says he has been growing Pinot noir for years in his yard, and when I raised my eyebrows, he said he had it "tested" and verified to be Pinot noir. I guess I'll try to grow a few. Of course, I don't have the mediating effect of a huge body of water that you have.

All the Best!
