International Gold for 2006 Merlot Reserve

tom | March 16, 2009

The 2006 Mission Mountain Winery Merlot Reserve just won the gold at the Florida International Wine Competition and the 2006 Monster Red won the silver. Once again Montana’s most decorated winery proves that dedication to quality pays and is not just the provenance of Europe or California. Mission Mountain Winery wines consistently win medals at major international wine competitions. These competitions draw their large panels of judges from the top experts and professionals from all aspects of the world of wine and food. The awards therefore reflect the cross checked consensus opinion of the many vs the subjective opinion of a single wine guru who may be having an off day.
